The working class forms the main part of the ‘Red Armies’ in Germany.
World War One Diary for Sunday, April 27, 1919:

Germany – Bavaria: Weimar’ Government troops surround Munich, reach outskirts (April 30) after Lenin telegram hails doomed Red republic (April 28).
Britain: Removal of Government control of nearly all home commodities by May 31 announced.
