German delegates for renewal of Armistice (Erzberger, Oberndorff and Vanselow) leave Berlin for Trier. King George V at Zeebrugge; President Poincare at Strasbourg. AEF REACH RHINE (from Brohl to Rolandseck-Koblenz-Bonn).

Eastern Front

Poland severs relations with Moscow.
