A submarine tanker supplies with pipelines on buoys two German U-boats with oil. Only in this way are operations over long distances possible.

AtlanticOperation Neuland: 2 U-boats make simultaneous attacks on oil installations and tankers at Curacao and Aruba. 7 tankers torpedoed (3 sunk).
