In order not to let war tiredness arise, the spirit of hatred was stirred up on both sides, which then inevitably spread to the ‘dictatorship’ peace of Versailles.

France – Peace Process: German Assembly at Weimar votes 237­-138 for Peace Treaty. Supreme Council refuses to accept German war guilt and criminals reservations.
South Russia: ­Denikin’s Volunteer Army 24 miles from Kharkov, takes Belgorod and Valuiki on June 23.
