He 111 is loaded with parachute supply bombs
After the loss of Gumrak airfield, a He 111 is loaded with parachute supply bombs.
WW2 War Diary for Thursday, January 21, 1943:

Eastern Front

Stalingrad: Russians capture Gumrak airfield. This is a virtual death-blow to the German airlift. From now on all supplies must be dropped by parachute.
